This patient had severely deteriorating teeth. His teeth were rehabilitated in 2 office visits with NO lab work being sent out. In other words, he came in like the before picture and left like the after picture. He will eventually need crowns on his teeth but, the improvements allowed him move on with his life and find different employment. He has maintained these provisionally restored teeth for over two years now.
